Fairmont Makati is extending preferential accommodation rates to all delegates and guests of the 10th ORLIAC until 31 December 2017.  To maximize networking opportunities during the conference, delegates are encouraged to book their stay at Fairmont Makati.  Room reservations made after the cut-off date of 31 December 2017 will be subject to space availability.

Nett rates are per room per night and are quoted in Philippine Pesos.  Rates are inclusive of daily buffet breakfast at Spectrum, government taxes and service charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY
  • A cancellation charge of one night’s accommodation will apply for canceled bookings received after 15 January 2018.
  • A cancellation charge of one night’s accommodation will also apply if you do not arrive on the date that you are booked to check-in.
  • In the event of a non-arrival when full pre-payment is made for the entire stay, your room will be held for each night booked and you will not be entitled to any refund.
  • All cancellations and changes to your reservation must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
  • As per standard hotel policies and procedures, delegates will be required to provide credit card details upon check-in.  This is to cover any incidental charges incurred during your stay and all remaining unpaid room nights.
  • Check-in time is 14:00 hours and check-out time is 12:00 hours.
